Each client has a record in 4therapy with contact details and session history. The record is the starting point for appointments and for the notes of each session.

  Each appointment is linked to the client it is for.

  A booked session appears in the client's session history.

  The calendar is for the practice, not for clients to pick a time themselves.

After each session the therapist writes the note in plain text. The note stays linked to that session and to the client's record.
